Key duties will include:
* Leading and developing the Family team, providing supervision, mentoring and ongoing support.
* Managing a varied caseload of Family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, private children matters, domestic abuse and prenuptial agreements.
* Playing a key role in the continued growth of the department through business development, networking and strategic planning.
* Delivering an exceptional level of client service whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Family Law.
* Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Family Law.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience, or the ambition to progress into a leadership role.
* Excellent communication, client care and business development skills.
