How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Programme Manager - Workday Implementation, Financial Services

    Location: Central London

Rate: £(Apply online only) per day, Hybrid, Outside IR35

Contract Type: 12 Month Contract, potentially renewable.

    The Company:

Our client is a growing financial services sector organisation based in Central London. The business specialises in providing bespoke financial services solutions, such as pensions and investments, to high net worth individuals, families and trusts.

The business has around 500 staff, including representatives and their staff based throughout a network across the UK.

As part of the continuous drive to mature the business, including HR processes, they now seek a Programme Manager to join them on an up to circa 12 month contract to lead an urgent post-implementation remediation for their recently introduced HCM system, Workday.

The business is continuing with a major 2-year transformational initiative across IT, HR and Finance functions, and this programme is critical to introducing ‘what great looks like’ for the business.

The incoming Programme Manager will work with business and technology teams to deliver remediation and change, working with stakeholders and users to gather feedback and make sure that the Workday platform fits the needs of the business more closely than has been recently implemented.

    Experience as a candidate:

Ideally we require a Programme Manager with experience of large scale system and process change, with an advantage if having previously delivered HR transformation or Workday implementation programmes.

The Programme Manager will also need to possess demonstrable experience of managing multiple programme work streams and multiple projects across multiple locations. Experience in Agile delivery of programmes would be an advantage.

Additionally, stakeholder engagement is vital in this role, working with partners and executives across the business.

    Candidate requirements:

    * Proven track record in successful delivery of projects and / or programmes of some scale - our client has a user base of around 500 staff, both remote and office based.

    * The Programme Manager ideally should have some experience of HR transformation project or programme management, as well as being an experienced in wider project and programme management.

    * Experience in programme management best practice, such as PRINCE2, Agile and waterfall methodologies.

    * The Programme Manager should be able to demonstrate application of large-scale post implementation changes, ideally with experience of Programme Recovery and Remediation.

    * The ability to manage and engage with system implementation partners and system integrators.
