Description
Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Act as a key point of contact for client communication, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintain and update customer records within the company database.
Prepare and generate sales reports and other administrative documents as required.
Assist the sales team with scheduling and organising client meetings or calls.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability.

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
