How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    A well-established independent accident repair centre in Sidcup is looking to add an experienced Panel Beater to its team.

    This is a multi-manufacturer approved bodyshop with a fantastic reputation for looking after its people. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team where everyone works well together, using modern, top-of-the-range equipment in a clean, professional workshop. With further expansion plans already in place, it's an exciting time to come on board.

    The Role

    You'll carry out panel repairs to manufacturer standards, repairing and replacing damaged panels while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and working efficiently as part of an experienced team.

    About You

    * Level 3 qualified Panel Beater (or equivalent)

    * Previous bodyshop or accident repair experience

    * Quality-focused with good attention to detail

    * Able to work efficiently without compromising standards

    Salary and Benefits

    * Up to £50,000 basic salary

    * Bonus target has been achieved every month for the last two years, adding an average of £6,000-£7,000 per year

    * Monday to Friday only

    * Flexible working hours between 6:30am and 4:30pm operating window

    * 20 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with long service

    * Modern workshop with the latest repair equipment

    * Multiple manufacturer approvals
