Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker, who is skilled in veneering, looking to join a a high-end and bespoke manufacturer, who supply to the likes of National Trust and English Heritage?

This company have built an outstanding reputation for producing luxury furniture and joinery for prestigious clients. In the early 2000s, the company was granted a Royal Warrant, exemplifying their prestigious manufacturing capabilities.

Your role will entail taking bespoke joinery projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for agreeing project objectives, interpreting drawings and specifications, applying critical thinking to identify and raise potential issues, selecting appropriate materials, and carrying out manual machining operations to the highest standards.

Alongside this, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing an apprentice, supporting their progression and helping to uphold the company's exceptional standards of craftsmanship.

The suitable candidate will have strong experience as a Cabinet Maker whilst having worked at a high standard. In Addition, a knowledge of veneering is essential.

The Role

Creating project targets to meet manufacturing commitments
Selecting suitable materials to create attractive products
Operating Manual Machinery such as band saws
Training an apprentice in Cabinet Making
Monday to Friday, 8 - 5:30

The Person

Proven experience in Cabinet Making
Understanding of veneering processes
