Orchard Professional Solutions are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join a leading manufacturer of warehouse storage systems.

This is a permanent day shift opportunity offering excellent earning potential, overtime, and long-term career stability within a growing manufacturing business.

The Role

As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

*

MIG welding Pallet Racking, Cantilever Racks, Vertical Racks, Shelving Systems, Security Cages and Mezzanine Floors.

*

Welding structural steel components and fabricated assemblies to engineering specifications.

*

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

*

Producing high-quality welds that meet company quality standards.

*

Carrying out basic fabrication duties where required.

*

Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

*

Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

*

Previous MIG welding experience is essential.

*

Experience welding warehouse storage systems, including Pallet Racking, Cantilever Racks, Vertical Racks, Shelving, Security Cages and Mezzanine Floors is highly desirable.

*

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

*

Experience within a manufacturing or structural fabrication environment.

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
