Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy office.

The Role
You'll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Unregistered land
* Title investigations and resolving legal enquiries
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties throughout the transaction
* Ensuring compliance with current regulatory and AML requirements
* Supporting and working alongside a Conveyancing Assistant to ensure files progress efficiently
About You
We're keen to hear from qualified:
* Solicitors
* Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)
* Licensed Conveyancers (CLC)
You'll ideally have:
* At least 3 years' experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong technical knowledge across a variety of residential property matters
* Experience using case management systems
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
* The ability to work confidently in a busy, collaborative environment
