This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a vital link between students, staff, and external contacts, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation.
What You'll Do:
As a Course Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of services and processes within the division. Your responsibilities will include:
Organise and manage activities, events, and meetings to ensure they run smoothly and according to schedule. You'll be the go-to person for resolving any potential issues.
Maintain and disseminate important information effectively. You'll publicise events and ensure that all stakeholders are in the loop!
Answer queries from staff and students with a smile, providing timely and helpful responses. You'll guide them on procedures while knowing when to escalate issues.
Create and maintain records of activities, providing reports on usage and attendance to help analyse and improve services.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with your team to plan and schedule events and activities, ensuring timelines and resources are realistic.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
Support staff and students by providing guidance on relevant processes and procedures.
Engage with colleagues to share information and best practises, contributing to the development of processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations while promoting best practises.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who embodies the following:
Good secondary education.
Strong planning and organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Proficient in IT skills, particularly the MS Suite, to manage tasks effectively.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
