As a trainee Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer you will be placed with an experienced engineer and will build skills that can be applied to a future career in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Industry.
This will be supported by undertaking a nationally recognised qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering at a college to technician level (L3) as well as undertaking bespoke internal training in our own Training Academy and other external training courses.

What you’ll be doing:
* Assisting with installation, servicing and maintenance of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration systems
* Learning industry standards, tools and techniques
* Developing technical skills and building confidence on-the-job
* Studying for a fully recognised industry qualification
