How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Maintain user accounts, permissions, device management, and security controls

    * Support and develop business-critical systems, including a Training Management System (TMS)

    * Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), cyber security controls, and data protection processes

    * Work with suppliers and third-party technology partners

    * Support system integrations, reporting, and process improvements

    * Assist with website management, digital platforms, and future technology projects

    * Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of emerging technologies

    * Ensure IT services deliver a positive user experience across the organisation

    About You

    * Experience in an IT Systems Manager, IT Administrator, Senior IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or similar role

    * Strong Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID knowledge

    * Experience managing users, devices, permissions, and security controls

    * Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and IT infrastructure

    * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    * Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users

    * Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

    Desirable Experience

    * Experience working with Training Management Systems, LMS platforms, or business-critical applications

    * Knowledge of cyber security best practices and GDPR compliance

    * Experience supporting website platforms and system integrations

    * Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies within learning or business environments

    * Experience working within education, training, professional services, or a regulated sector

    What's On Offer?

    * Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

    * Opportunity to join a growing and innovative organisation

    * Varied role with responsibility across multiple technologies and projects
