We’re looking for friendly, experienced bar staff to serve drinks and keep the party going at Ragley Hall. If you’re enthusiastic, love working in a lively team, and have bar experience, this is the perfect event role for you.
What you’ll do:
* Work as part of a set team on a set station (Front of House, Drinks Maker, or Pint Puller)
* Take orders, process payments, and hand drinks to guests
* Make drinks—pouring spirits, mixers, shots, champagne, wine, and basic cocktails
* Pour pints and change barrels as needed
* Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need:
* Previous bar experience
* Friendly, welcoming personality
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
