We're partnering with an innovative organisation looking to bring in an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support a high-impact Field Service project. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering enhancements, customisations, and new functionality across the D365 CE platform. Responsibilities:
Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service. Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Support integrations with third-party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project.
Required Skills:
Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience developing with C#, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows
Integration experience with third-party systems is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
