How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We're partnering with an innovative organisation looking to bring in an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support a high-impact Field Service project. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in delivering enhancements, customisations, and new functionality across the D365 CE platform. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and making an immediate impact, this short-term contract offers the chance to work on a business-critical programme from day one.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service. Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Support integrations with third-party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project.

    Required Skills:

    Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
    Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
    Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Apps and Power Automate
    Experience developing with C#, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows
    Integration experience with third-party systems is highly desirable
    Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
