Due to continued success and expansion, a globally recognised clothing brand is looking for an experienced Fusing Machine Operator to join their Head Office production team in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a busy production environment, supporting the Production Manager and working closely with the wider team to ensure garments meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating fusing machines to bond fabrics and interlinings
Ensuring correct temperature, pressure, and timing settings are used
Checking finished products meet quality and specification standards
Working independently to meet daily production targets
Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any faults or material issuesAbout You
Previous experience operating fusing machines or working within garment/textile production would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good understanding of fabrics and garment construction processes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentFull one-to-one training will be provided to ensure you are confident with company processes and procedures.
