This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable scaffolding professionals looking for2 months of consistent work on a timber frame site with an established contractor, offering competitive CIS rates and an immediate start.

About the Job

* Barratt Homes, Cobblers Lane, WF8 2EU

* Start Date: 30.06.2026

* Monday to Friday

* 7:30am – 3:30pm

* 2 months work

* CIS payment

* Part 2 Scaffolder – £150 per day

* Scaffold Labourer – £100 per day

* Immediate start available

Job Overview

* Erecting, adapting and dismantling tube and fitting scaffolding on a new build timber frame housing development

* Working to a programme of approximately one plot per week, including strip work and scaffold adaptations

* Carrying out all scaffolding work safely, efficiently and in line with site programme requirements

* Supporting the site team to maintain productivity and high standards of workmanship

* Following all site health and safety procedures at all times

* Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and organised throughout the project

About You

* Hold a valid CISRS Card appropriate to your role

* Previous experience working on new build housing developments

* Hard-working, reliable and punctual

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexible and able to adapt to changing site requirements

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and get stuck in

* Committed to delivering quality work while meeting client expectations
