Immigration Caseworker

Our client based in Folkestone is seeing experienced Immigration Caseworker – IAAS Level 2. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a progressive and supportive immigration law firm.
Salary: £36,100.00 pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Benefits include 20 days holiday (pro rata), NEST pension scheme (subject to eligibility)

The successful Immigration Caseworker will manage a varied caseload across all areas of UK Immigration, including asylum, human rights applications, bail applications, appeals, and judicial review matters.
Immigration Caseworker Requirements
* IAAS/IAAC Level 2 Accreditation (essential)
* Strong knowledge of UK Immigration law and procedures
* Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently (c20 cases at a time)
* Professional, detail-oriented and client-focused approach
Immigration Caseworker Key Responsibilities
* Managing immigration cases from instruction to decision
* Preparing and submitting complex immigration applications
* Drafting legal representations and appeal grounds
* Representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal
* Ensuring compliance with SRA, IAAS, UKVI and GDPR regulations
Maintaining excellent client care and case management standards
