Description
Develop and implement category strategies to achieve procurement objectives.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, value, and compliance.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead tendering and contract negotiation processes.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and legal regulations.

A successful Category Manager should have:
A strong background in procurement and category management.
Experience in the Not For Profit sector or similar industries.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Knowledge of tendering and contract negotiation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices.
