We're recruiting a reliable Forklift Reach Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Droitwich, supporting the distribution of cleaning supplies. This is a 50/50 role: you'll spend around half your time on the reach truck and the rest completing general warehouse duties.
The Role
Operating a Reach Truck to move and store stock safely and accurately (approx. 50% of the role)
General warehouse support (approx. 50%), including:Picking and packing
Loading/unloading deliveries
Stock movement and basic warehouse admin tasks as needed
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 17:00
Pay & Contract
£12.71 per hour
Ongoing work until October 2026, then reviewed
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' Reach Truck experience
A valid, externally accredited FLT Reach licence/certificate
(please note: in-house certificates will not be accepted)
Good attention to detail and a safe working mindset
Willingness to complete hands-on warehouse duties alongside FLT work
