How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will oversee the delivery and management of SAP finance and controlling modules within a complex industrial/manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive analytics and system improvements.

    Description

    The SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead will be responsible for but not limited to:

    Lead the SAP Finance & Controlling team to implement and maintain SAP solutions.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements.
    Ensure the integration of SAP finance and controlling modules with other systems.
    Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
    Develop and execute project plans for system upgrades and new implementations.
    Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
    Deliver training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation.
    Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.Profile

    A successful SAP Finance & Controlling Team Lead should have:

    Proven expertise in SAP finance and controlling modules.
    Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar field.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
