How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you an experienced Senior RF Electronics Engineer looking to work on cutting-edge RF and microwave technology?

    We're recruiting for a skilled RF engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing advanced RF hardware for high-performance applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects involving RF, microwave and analogue circuit design for next-generation communications, sensing and electronic systems.

    Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll be involved throughout the complete product development lifecycle—from concept and architecture through to prototype development, testing and verification.

    The Role As a Senior RF Electronics Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and testing RF hardware while helping deliver innovative engineering solutions for complex technical applications.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Designing RF, microwave and analogue circuits for high-performance electronic systems.
    Developing RF hardware from concept through to design verification and production readiness.
    Designing and optimising RF amplifiers, filters, oscillators and frequency synthesisers.
    Performing RF simulation, analysis and laboratory testing.
    Supporting prototype development, integration and validation.
    Working with multidisciplinary teams across electronics, software and systems engineering.
    Participating in technical design reviews and project planning.
    Producing clear technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
    Communicating technical concepts effectively with both engineering teams and customers.
    Supporting innovation and continuous improvement across engineering projects.Skills & Experience Essential:

    Degree-qualified in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
    Significant commercial experience in RF and microwave circuit design.
    Strong knowledge of RF, microwave and analogue electronics.
    Experience developing electronic products from concept through to verification.
    Experience designing RF amplifiers, filters, frequency synthesisers and associated RF circuitry.
    Familiarity with RF simulation and design tools.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.ALL CANIDATES MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR UK EYES ONLY SECURITY CLEARANCE  Desirable:

    Experience with radar, wireless communications or radio systems.
    Knowledge of OpenCPI, SOSA, STICS or similar open architecture standards.
    Digital electronics design experience.
    Millimetre-wave (mmWave) design experience.
    Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
    Understanding of systems integration and multidisciplinary product development.
    Experience working within defence, aerospace, telecommunications, industrial or advanced technology sectors.What's on Offer
