How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Project Manager will assist with project planning, programme management, consultant coordination, procurement, reporting, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder communication. They will attend client and site meetings, monitor progress, liaise with contractors, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The Project Manager may also support Employer's Agent duties on JCT Design & Build projects, including managing instructions, valuations, change control, progress reporting, and handover processes.

    The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
    Residential project experience
Experience as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or another construction-related discipline
Working towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or another relevant professional qualification
    Good knowledge of JCT contracts
Employer's Agent experience would be beneficial
Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
A proactive and professional approach to project delivery

    In Return?

    £48,000 - £55,000
    Pension contribution
    Professional development support
    APC support
    Residential project exposure
    Career progression opportunities
    Supportive consultancy environment
Long-term project pipeline across London and the South East
