Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident/ repair bodyshop environment
Proficient in using modern repair equipment, welding, pulling systems and panel beating techniques
A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to flawless craftsmanship
Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
Desirable:
Familiarity with the British standard for vehicle damage repair, ensuring strict safety and quality compliance
ATA/NVQ Level 3 Panel Technician Qualification
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle damage to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods
Remove, repair and replace damaged panels, chassis and components using specialised tools and equipment
Utilise JIG and measuring systems to ensure correct vehicle alignment and structural integrity
Ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard, meeting both company quality benchmarks and safety regulations
Managing your own workload effectively, working unsupervised whilst maintaining a consistent workflow
Requirements
As a Panel Beater, you will also be expected to:
Work closely with the workshop team and management to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs
