📍 Location: North West (Multi-Site)
💰 Salary: £70,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Allowance

Our client, a reputable construction company, is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple care home developments across the North West.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

✅ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
✅ Essential: Experience delivering care home projects from inception through to completion.
✅ Strong project planning, programme management, and commercial awareness.
✅ Excellent leadership and client management skills.
✅ Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence.
✅ Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification.
