YOUR ROLE
As a nursery assistant, you'll be:
Nurturing toddler growth through dynamic indoor and outdoor experiences within our early years setting
Serving as a key person in this exceptional nursery, fostering meaningful bonds with 1-2 year olds and families
Facilitating thrilling Forest School sessions and outdoor explorations across our magnificent nursery site
Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate early years programming that encourages play-based learning
Working alongside the nursery staff to establish a caring and enriching childcare atmosphere for young learners
Assisting children with daily care routines including feeding, rest time, and hygiene within our early years structure
Recording comprehensive observations and evaluations of children development according to early years standards
