This is a hands-on, varied role within a close-knit business that delivers full-spectrum Building Surveying services across the commercial sector. You’ll be stepping into a key position with real autonomy and influence as the Bristol office continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying services across the commercial sector
Leading instructions including dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, and general professional work
Managing and developing strong client relationships
Overseeing projects from inception through to completion
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
Working closely with directors to help grow the Bristol office
Contributing to business development and repeat work opportunities
What we’re looking for:
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
Strong consultancy background with broad surveying experience
Confident client-facing ability and project delivery experience
Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
Commercially aware and proactive approach
Enjoys variety across both project and professional work
What’s on offer:
