As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working alongside a professional and supportive brigade of 20+ members producing high quality dishes to a high standard and using the best ingredients.
About you:
* Must have previously worked in a similar luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant.
* Michelin or multi rosette restaurant exposure would be an advantage.
* Organised and focused
* Capable of keeping calm under pressure and busy services
