Marketing Planning Lead / London / Hybrid / £65,000 - £70,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Marketing Planning Lead. This role will manage a marketing team and lead on brand and marketing strategies. This role is still a hands-on position and you will be working closely with other senior leaders in the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:

Manage, coach and develop the marketing team
Create and monitor KPIs across digital channels
Lead on the email and CRM strategy
Review insights on digital performance and adopt AI tools to improve processes and engagement
Create lifecycle journeys
Work closely with other senior leaders in the organisation to improve processes 
Develop digital strategies 
Essential Skills and Experience:

5+ years in a senior marketing manager/lead position
Experience managing and developing a marketing team
Experience working with CMS platforms
Experience building and maintaining websites with digital agencies
Great communicator
Strong attention to detail
