Job Purpose
* Drive a refuse collection vehicle safely and in accordance with road traffic laws and company procedures.
* Collect household, commercial, or recycling waste along designated routes.
* Work closely with the collection crew to ensure waste is collected efficiently and safely.
* Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
* Ensure waste is transported and disposed of at the correct disposal or recycling facilities.
* Follow health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of waste and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
