We're recruiting on behalf of a private household for a reliable and practical Part-Time Maintenance Man to help maintain a beautiful property and surrounding grounds.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning their hand to a bit of everything. No two days are the same, from painting and decorating to mowing lawns, carrying out minor repairs, and keeping the property looking its best.
The role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and has a good all-round maintenance skillset.

Responsibilities
* General property maintenance and upkeep
* Painting and decorating as required
* Grass cutting and basic gardening duties
* Carrying out minor repairs and DIY tasks
* Keeping outdoor areas tidy and well maintained
* Assisting with seasonal maintenance projects
* Reporting any larger maintenance issues when identified
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking, groundskeeping, or general DIY
* Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in a job well done
* Basic knowledge of gardening and property maintenance
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not a deal breaker
