Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership
Location: Newbury
Salary: Basic £18k, OTE £35k uncapped
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pms (Day off in week). Saturday's 8.30am – 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Sundays 10am to 4pm)

Duties
*
Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets
*
Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium dealership experience
*
Handle vehicle finance, add-ons, and warranty upselling
*
Maintain accurate customer contact and deal records in the CRM system
*
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up leads
*
Develop detailed product knowledge across all manufacturer vehicles
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership or automotive retailer
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
*
Target-driven and motivated to deliver results
*
Confident with digital enquiry systems and finance processes
*
Full UK Driving Licence essential
