You’ll be joining a busy, established desk supporting clients across the driving and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to work across other areas when new requirements come in.
This is a genuine full 360 role, but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a supportive team culture where the desk, on-call responsibilities and successes are shared. Previous experience working in recruitment is essential.
What you’ll be doing
* Writing engaging job adverts and posting them across job boards and social media.
* Screening advert responses and speaking with suitable candidates.
* Registering successful candidates and completing compliance checks, including eligibility, licences and points.
* Obtaining references and keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
* Finding work with existing clients, lapsed clients and prospective clients.
* Making cold calls to prospective businesses and building strong client relationships.
* Sharing the on-call phone on a rota basis as part of the wider team.

* Salary of £27,000–£33,000, negotiable for experienced consultants, with OTE up to £45,000.
