As an Academic Support Coach at Wiltshire College & University Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering learners to overcome challenges, develop independent study skills, and achieve their educational goals. Whether you already have experience supporting learners or are eager to bring your coaching, mentoring, or support skills into education, you'll be helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

💷 Salary: 21,486 per year, rising to 21,740 per year (Full time equivalent £25,304 rising to £25, 835 per year)
🕰️ Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36+2 weeks per year

• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
