How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Your new company:

    You'll be joining a leading Tier 1 contractor known for delivering complex, high‑value construction projects across the region.     Your new role:

    In your new position as a Senior Planner, you will take ownership of developing, managing and maintaining detailed construction programmes from pre‑construction through to completion.You'll work closely with project teams to ensure programmes are realistic, fully resourced and risk‑aware, while monitoring progress, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve sequencing and efficiency.You'll also support reporting, change management and scenario planning, and engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to align on programme strategy.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    Proven experience in a construction planning role, ideally on large or complex projects.
    Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or similar planning tools.
    A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence.
    Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate programme strategy to varied stakeholders.
    A structured, analytical approach with excellent attention to detail.
    A genuine interest in delivering high‑quality, well‑planned projects safely and responsibly.What you'll get in return:
