Salaries range from £60,000 (3 years experience) to £140,000 for more experienced engineers, alongside relocation support and serious equity - reflecting their commitment to attracting top-tier talent.

Senior Electronics Engineer – Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics design
Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of projects
Resident in the UK for at least 5 years
Senior Electronics Engineer desirable skills (Drone / UAV Focus):
Start-up or scale-up experience, particularly in fast-paced R&D environments
Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior engineers
RF design for wireless communication and telemetry systems
High-speed digital design (e.g. onboard processing, data handling for sensors/cameras)
Low-speed analogue systems (e.g. sensor interfacing, power monitoring)
Board bring-up and hardware validation for embedded systems
Embedded Software skills, C/C++/Rust
Power supply design, particularly for battery-powered or energy-efficient UAV platforms
