How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a Learning and Development Contractor, you'll be joining a well-established, purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on developing its people and building organisational capability. Operating within the L&D and OD team, the organisation places real value on learning, talent development, and continuous improvement.

    As a Learning & Development Contractor, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning and talent interventions.
    You'll work closely with stakeholders to diagnose business needs and translate these into practical, outcome-focused solutions.
    Your responsibilities will include delivering workshops and blended learning programmes, supporting talent and leadership development initiatives, and coordinating end-to-end programme execution.
    You'll manage multiple initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery is both high-quality and aligned to organisational priorities.
    You will also gather feedback and insights to evaluate effectiveness, making recommendations to continuously improve learning impact.
    TO SUCCEED
    You will bring proven experience delivering L&D or talent development initiatives within a corporate environment, along with strong skills in learning needs analysis and programme design.

    You'll be confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities. A proactive, delivery-focused mindset is essential, as is the ability to operate autonomously and pick up programmes quickly with minimal onboarding.
    Strong organisational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a collaborative approach will be key to your success.IN RETURN
