Expleo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) to join our team, supporting a key client on a maternity cover contract through to March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative squad, driving high-quality software delivery, performance, and reliability in a modern DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering robust, scalable software as part of a cross-functional team
* Driving DevOps best practices across development, QA, and operations
* Improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
* Ensuring application performance, stability, and reliability
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical excellence
* Solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
Skills and experience required:-
Strong experience in:
* Java , Spring
* AWS, CI/CD pipelines
* SQL / NoSQL databases
* REST APIs & message brokers
* Testing (JUnit)
Bonus skills:
* Deployment strategies, scripting, JSON
* Familiarity with Jira and modern testing frameworks
