The Opportunity:
Our client is a well-established business supplying large-format print, signage & event branding to clients across the UK.
They are now seeking a well-organised Account Manager to join the team.
This role would suit someone with experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts
• Be the main point of contact for your customers
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare quotations and manage customer enquiries
• Monitor project progress and keep clients updated throughout
• Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage
Key Requirements:
• Experienced Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or Customer Account Executive
• Commercially aware with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
• Confident working with clients at all levels
• Experience within print, signage, large-format graphics, exhibitions, branding or a related manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential
