Are you a Architectural Technologist or Similar with a background in RIBA stages 0-6 similar who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing practice where they can make an impact on projects, people and the future direction of the business.

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly regarded practice with an established reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. As the business continues to expand, you will play a key role in leading technical project delivery from cradle to grave.

In this varied role, you will oversee technical design and detailing, liaise directly with clients, contractors and developers, and resolve complex construction and technical challenges. You will also support junior team members, contribute to quality assurance processes and assist directors with project planning, resource management and delivery strategies.

This role would suit an Architectural Technologist or similar who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing practice where they can make an impact on projects, people and the future direction of the business.

THE ROLE:
* Lead the technical design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments
* Produce and oversee high-quality construction information
* Liaise directly with clients, contractors and developers
* Support, mentor and develop junior team members
* Assist with project planning, resource management and technical standards
* Monday - Friday (9am-5.30pm)

THE PERSON:
* Architectural Technologist or Similar
* Background in AutoCAD or similar
* Commutable to Chelmsford
