The Company:

ER Recruitment is working with our client, a well-established and growing manufacturer supplying aluminium glazing solutions to commercial construction projects across the UK. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader to support production operations and help drive quality, efficiency and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities of the Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader:

* Lead and support a team of curtain wall fabricators within the production facility.

* Oversee the fabrication of aluminium curtain walling systems to specification and quality standards.

* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the fabrication team.

* Monitor productivity, workflow and quality, ensuring targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

* Support training, development and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

About You as the Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader:

* Proven experience fabricating aluminium curtain walling systems.

* Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising a fabrication team.

* Strong technical understanding of curtain walling systems, drawings and manufacturing processes.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Positive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
