Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an international Electronics Manufacturer with offices in Bristol now seeking an Embedded Linux Engineer to help deliver key projects for clients across a range of products within Medical, IOT and more! You will be working as part of an experienced team to develop a range of bespoke products.
The company are expanding to meet the demands of their clients and are seeking an Embedded Linux Engineers ideally with experience working on high speed processors, but talented Firmware Engineers from the Semiconductor Industry will also be considered. You will be working with some of the biggest companies in the world.
This Embedded Linux Engineer job is based in the heart of Bristol. The role will be mostly onsite with occasional remote working.
Key Skills:
* Degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics and similar
* 3+ commercial Embedded software experience
* Good commercial Embedded Linux experience working on Drivers (Firmware RTOS also considered)
* Experience working using high speed Processors from NXP or similar is highly desirable
* Experience working on Optoelectronics or the Semiconductor industry is advantageous or not essential
