Forklift Driver
We are recruiting Forklift drivers for our busy client based in Spalding. The successful candidate will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
Shift: Days 07:00 -18:00 Ability to work flexible shifts, especially weekends
Pay rate: £13.47 p/h
Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
* Move products and materials to designated storage locations
* Use Warehouse Management Systems WMS to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures
* Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage
Requirements
* Hold a valid and in-date Forklift licence
* Ability for flexible shifts, especially weekends
* Have previous experience operating a forklift in a racking warehouse environment
* Good understanding of warehouse safety practices
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
* Are reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
