Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead and develop their small animal department. The successful candidate will bring strong clinical experience, leadership capability, and a collaborative approach to supporting both colleagues and patients.
The Role
Provide clinical leadership within the small animal department and support its continued growth and development
Supervise and mentor junior veterinary colleagues
Take responsibility for clinical decision-making and management of individual cases
Work closely with a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff
Contribute to maintaining and enhancing excellent patient and client care standards
Opportunity to pursue and develop areas of clinical interest or specialism
About You
Experienced veterinary professional with the confidence and capability to operate at senior level
Strong communicator with excellent team collaboration skills
Passionate about clinical excellence and continuous development
Interested in expanding clinical expertise and contributing to service development
Commercial awareness and interest in future business involvement would be advantageous
