About the Role
Are you a dynamic communicator available to start straight away? Do you excel at handling objections with ease and charm? We need YOU to join our team as soon as possible as an Appointment Setter.
You will be the energetic voice connecting potential clients to our talented sales team. Your role focuses purely on scheduling appointments, no sales involved. With immediate training provided, you will use your persuasive skills and enthusiasm to build relationships and effectively overcome objections from your very first day.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential clients with confidence and charisma.
* Build rapport and connect with individuals from all walks of life.
* Skillfully handle objections to overcome hesitations and schedule appointments.
* Maintain organised records of interactions and appointments.
* Team up with our sales representatives to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
* Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software.
* Previous experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role is an advantage.
What matters more than formal qualifications for this role:
• Clear spoken English
• Resilience and a thick skin
• Reliability and punctuality
• Basic IT literacy (can use a spreadsheet or CRM)
• This is office based work, candidates must live in or around Bournemouth.
