Production Operative

Talent-UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join an award-winning family business on a temporary to permanent basis working the late shift, with an hourly rate of £13.30 per hour, along ongoing training and development.
 
Production Operative Duties:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading of products from the line
Monitor product quality and report and defects or issues
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth operations  
Production Operative Skills:

Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team  
What's on offer for the Production Operative:

Hourly rate of £13.30 per hour  
Working hours: 2pm - 11pm Monday to Thursday & 2pm - 6pm Friday 
Shift allowance paid weekly 
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
