360 Recruitment Consultant 

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm 

Salary: £29,000-£32,00 dependent on experience + Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Southend

Duties Include

Support business growth through lead generation and business development activities.
Arrange and attend client service and sales meetings.
Help the branch achieve KPI, performance, and service targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and CRM systems.
Complete pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work verification in line with compliance requirements.
Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client needs.
Manage candidate availability and placement for temporary assignments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce demands.
Manage bookings, staffing fulfilment, and workforce planning.
Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.
Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Deliver an excellent experience for both clients and candidates while contributing to branch growth.
Skills

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Full UK driving licence + own transport.
