The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of M&E packages on residential developments
* Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Cost reporting and financial control
* Risk identification and commercial support to project teams
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
Requirements
* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor
* Strong residential project experience (essential)
* Experience managing M&E subcontract packages
* Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification
