Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE + Excellent Uncapped Commission

Lead, Grow and Develop a High-Performing Temporary Recruitment Desk

We are looking for an experienced Senior Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in developing our Driving & Industrial division.

The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Driving and Industrial recruitment sector with a proven track record of growing profitable desks.

The Role

· Managing and developing a successful temporary recruitment desk

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

· Generating new business opportunities

· Managing high-volume temporary recruitment campaigns

· Recruiting, interviewing and placing Driving and Industrial candidates

· Ensuring compliance and service delivery

· Driving revenue growth and achieving targets

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 4 years' recruitment experience within the Driving & Industrial sector

· Proven success managing a temporary recruitment desk

· Strong business development and client relationship management skills

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Ambitious, resilient and commercially focused
