Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Excellent Uncapped Commission

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Driving & Industrial division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within the Driving & Industrial recruitment sector who is looking to develop their career and increase their earnings.

The Role

· Supporting and developing a temporary recruitment desk

· Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

· Sourcing, interviewing and registering temporary workers

· Managing candidate availability and shift bookings

· Business development and client growth

· Managing compliance and onboarding processes

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 1 year's recruitment experience within the Driving & Industrial sector

· Experience working on temporary recruitment vacancies

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed
