How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Supply Chain & Logistics Lead (New Market Entry) will play a vital role in managing logistics operations for the entry to new global markets.

    Description

    The Supply Chain & Logistics Lead (New Market Entry) supports the development of clear and organised project plans and streamlined communications to successfully deliver new market entries on schedule and budget. You will be responsible for ensuring operational process and systems alignment for new market entry initiatives with a particular focus on logistics and fulfilment. Key responsibilities will include:

    Ensuring performance against plan of Supply Chain/Logistics deliverables for new market entry initiatives.
    Acting as the point of contact for International and Tech teams with Global Fulfilment and 3PL partners to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and timelines within project scope.
    Collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improving the new market entry process and planning for future capabilities.
    Tracking of project budget and change requests.
    Ensuring clear and effective communications across project teams, central functions, 3PL Partners and other external suppliers/ business partners.
    Providing line-of-sight to PMO and NMO leadership to status, issues, risks, and required decisions across projects

    Profile

    The Supply Chain & Logistics Lead (New Market Entry) will be based at our client's office in central London with flexible working available. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following experience:

    Previous experience of new global market entry requirements is required.
    Experience working with 3rd Party logistics providers within fashion, retail and/or consumer products preferred.
    Experienced in consulting/project management with a functional expertise in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Fulfilment.
    Strong business, leadership, planning and organisational skills.
    Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines.
    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
