We're recruiting for a Coordinator to join a busy operations team based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Coordinator, you'll play a key role in workforce planning, rota management, engagement, and operational support.

What will you be doing as a Coordinator?

Managing rotas and schedules across a large workforce
Coordinating cover for planned and last-minute bookings
Monitoring staffing levels and responding to operational demands
Maintaining compliance records, documentation, and processes
Supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives
Resolving staffing and scheduling challenges quickly and effectively

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment
Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
Strong attention to detail and process compliance
Previous scheduling, workforce planning, or rota management experience is highly beneficial
