How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Marketing Coordinator Role

    Full-time, permanent position

    Location: 5 days in Canary Wharf

    Need to have construction experience

    With a Tier 1 Main Contractor

    Main Responsibilities

    Content

    Develop high-quality written, visual, and short‑form video content aligned to brand guidelines.
    Capture and repurpose photography and basic video for social and digital use (site visits, people features & project updates).
    Support the creation of campaign assets (graphics, reels, animations & infographics).
    Create content to support our employee value proposition
    Work with external photographers, videographers, and creative partners when required.
    Assist in the creation of presentations and capability documents

    Social Media Management

    Manage and schedule regular content across LinkedIn.
    Proactively identify opportunities for stories, posts, and support for campaigns across the business.
    Create content from events, groundbreakings, milestones, conferences, and community activities.
    Monitor channel performance and audience sentiment, escalating reputational risks when needed.

    Website Management

    Upload and update website content including news stories, case studies, project pages.
    Ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with the companies messaging.
    Optimise pages for SEO and user experience under guidance from the Communications Leads.

    Analytics & Reporting

    Produce monthly performance dashboards covering social media, website analytics, and campaign KPIs.
    Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve digital engagement and reach.
    Benchmark the companies overall performance against competitors and industry leaders.
